Scene Structure

   1.     Opening:
·      Beauty shots of Puerto Rico establishing the setting of the story.
o   Graffiti in reference to neoliberalism
o   Highway traffic
o   People entering their workplaces
   2.     Governor’s message:
·      Archive footage of the governor of Puerto Rico talking about the jobs created by his administration.
   3.     The problem is not unemployment:
·      The principal problematic of the documentary is established here. The problems are not the jobs, but the type of jobs available for young workers.
   4.     Current employments:
·      What the participants studied in college.
·      What the participants work on currently.
   5.     Job insecurity:
·      Jesús Salgado discusses job insecurity and explains his interest in researching the topic for his Master in Economics.
·      Conversations with participants about unsteady job conditions: temporary, part-time jobs.
   6.     Working conditions:
·      Participants discuss their current work conditions.
   7.     Rotary hours:
·      How work hours are managed at the participants workplaces and how they limit of benefit them.
   8.     Unions:
·      How the employers perceive labor organization.
·      The need of unions to secure stable jobs.
   9.     Economical hold:
·      How the development of the country is affected by having talent limited to precarious employments.
·      Prolongation of dependence amongst young people.
   10.  Closing:
·      Possible solutions
·      Need for more young people involved in politics
