4 - Oct 26-Nov1	-       Finish logging -       Finish transcribing all video sit-down interviews. -       Write treatment and script for animation infographic. -       Begin selects of “Choppin Cotton” scene.	-       develop visual tone and aesthetic for animations. Should be consistent with the style of footage. -       Pull assets -       Storyboard over the weekend.
5 - Nov2 – Nov8	-       pull selects from scenes and interviews with Tommy Jones and Lee Arthur Martin. -       Transcribe audio interviews with Anthony and Cassandra Wilson -       Start using assets to begin animation work.	-       Interview Mary Ratcliff from Bayview newspaper Nov 8?? -       Interview “K” Nov 8???
6 – Nov9-Nov15	-       pull selects from scenes with Shun and Tupac. -       Pull selects and develop a scene from the “Courthouse incident”	-       Fix sound for interview with tupac. -       Think about how to best implement shuns interviews.
7 – Nov16 – Nov22	-       pull selects from audio interviews with Anthony to develop the narrators script. -       Put together the best B-Roll footage that will be used in film. -       Continue working on animation.	-       interview Christopher Petrella??? -       What is my style??? -       Are we keeping the phone interviews or should I use Guerin for voiceover.
8 – Nov23-Nov29	-       log, transcribe the recent interviews. Build selects out of usable footage. -       Build b-roll with childhood photos of Anthony. -       Continue working on animation.	- should we keep “expert” interviews?
9 – Nov30 – Dec6	-       Assembly is due Dec. 3rd!!!! -       put all scenes on a timeline and cut what is not working. -       Layout the 3 act structure. Build scenes around this with Anthony’s narration in-between acts. -       Rough cut of animation finished. -       Rough cut of film rough cut should be finished and hearing feedback	- Write out the treatment for the next animation project for the winter quarter.
10 – Dec7 – Dec13	-       40 min Rough cut completed. -       Animation infographic completed.
Winter Break	-       Fly to Mississppi?? Interview chaplain, talk to Renelle and Shun, get missed B-Roll opportunities. -       Build found footage material of private prisons. -       Build list of film festivals to contribute to. -       Begin conversation with ActiveVoice and other distribution options. -       Build skeleton of website. -       Digitize all written and audio materials from Anthony to build website
Winter 2015	-       Website goes live. -       Cut down my rough cut from previous quarter. -       Start pulling music. Begin the recording process of all music to be composed with Lenny. -       Picture Lock. -       Finalize all animations in film.
Spring 2015	-       Color lock. -       Finish the assembly as early as possible!!! -       Discuss distribution and look for finishing funds. -       Develop WIP after finishing film. -       Start a campaign for Anthony. -       As much press coverage of our exhibition as possible
After graduation	-       Continue to make 60 minute film. Get distribution and go to as many film festivals as possible. -       Get Anthony out of prison.
