Egill: Week 9

Things are coming together as I work towards an assembly. Currently trying to integrate interviews. This workflow is reverse from last quarter, when we cut the A-roll and then layered with B-roll. Suppose that is something of a short-video broadcasting approach? 

Some of my scenes repeat in story. I am getting a better sense of which one of them I might put aside. After washing out, the remaining stuff will be about 20 minutes. 

And am I going to do animation? It is a question that I keep hearing. I think animation is a different animal, both in skills and storytelling. But it is probably practical to be a layman in the animation software but I have not found the appropriate project for my film. We shall see. 

Laying out the scenes with note cards has been helpful. Also helpful is having this rain storm for the past days. But now this is getting too personal.
